This trip planner is run by Just Creative OÜ, registry code 12832728, Kastani tn 20-22, 90508 Haapsalu, Lääne maakond, Estonia. If you have a question about your data, or want it deleted, write to riho@justcreative.eu.
Everything you put into a trip, and very little else:
There is no advertising profile, no behavioural tracking, and nothing is sold. The whole thing lives in a single database file on a server in Estonia, in the EU.
Some things the app does need help from other companies. Two kinds:
Sent by our server. These never see who you are or where you are connecting from — they only get the specific thing they are asked about.
| Who | What they get | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Anthropic | The booking PDF or screenshot you upload, the description you write when generating a trip, your itinerary and your request when you ask for a suggestion or a change, and the note you write in the after-trip question | Reading a booking so you don't have to type it in; drafting, revising and suggesting; learning what you liked |
| Google Places | The coordinates of a stop, and a place's name when you open it | Showing what is nearby, and a photo of it |
| Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons | A stop's name, town and coordinates | A picture for a stop |
| Pexels | A town's name | A picture when Wikipedia has none (only if we have set it up) |
| Google (Gmail) | The recipient's address and the message | Sending sign-in codes, reminders, notes and invitations |
A booking PDF often contains a name, an address and a confirmation number. If you would rather that did not leave the app, type the booking in by hand instead of uploading it.
Loaded by your browser. Because your browser fetches these directly, they can see your IP address.
| Who | What they get | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Mapbox | IP, the part of the map you are looking at, the place names you type into the search, and your route | The map, place search and drive times |
| Wikimedia, Pexels, Google | IP | The pictures of stops and nearby places load straight from where they are kept |
| Open-Meteo | IP, coordinates, dates | Weather for a stop |
| BigDataCloud | IP, coordinates | Working out which country a stop is in |
| Nager.Date | IP, a country code | Public holidays during your trip |
| Stay22, Waze, Google Maps, Google Search, TripAdvisor | IP, and where and when you are going | Only when you tap a link to search for a hotel, to look a place up, or to navigate |
| Travelpayouts, GetRentacar | IP, and the town you are collecting a car in | Only when you tap the link to look for a hire car |
Stay22 and Travelpayouts are affiliate partners: if you book a hotel or a car after following one of those links, we may earn a commission. It costs you nothing and does not change the price. We never send them your name, your email, or any payment details — only the place and, for hotels, the dates, so you don't have to type them again.
One cookie keeps you signed in. That is the only one the app needs, and it is not used for tracking. If analytics are ever switched on, you will be asked first and nothing loads unless you agree.
The planner keeps a tally of the kinds of place you choose, so later suggestions fit you better. Be aware of what a tally like that can imply: nobody records your age, your health or your budget, but a pattern of skipping long walks and staying four nights in one place hints at things you never typed. That is true of any system that learns from what people do, and filtering out words does not change it.
So the commitment is about use, not just storage. This tally is used for one thing: planning your trips inside this app. It is never used for advertising or targeting, never sold or shared, never combined with data from anywhere else, never used to set a price, and never shown to other people — including the people you travel with, who see the suggestions it produces but never the list itself. You can read the whole list in Settings, strike out any line, or delete all of it, and it is deleted with your account.
Trips stay until you delete them. Sign-in codes expire after three minutes. Sessions expire on their own. If you delete your account, your visited-countries list, your preference list, the AI request records and the planner's notes about you go with it; your name stays in the change history of trips you were on. Trips you own cannot be deleted with the account until you hand them to someone else or delete them.
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Write to the address at the top and we will sort it out. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) if you think we have got it wrong.
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
